Information submitted
When you submit the contact form, the details you provide are sent to Strataward through a Cloudflare Worker and delivered by email using Resend. The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database. You can instead email Strataward directly if you prefer not to use the form.
How information is used
Information received by email is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate engagement fit, prepare requested commercial material, and maintain relevant business correspondence.
Service providers and bot verification
Cloudflare processes the request and performs bot verification and rate limiting. Resend processes the email delivery. These providers may process technical request information needed to secure and deliver the inquiry. Strataward avoids placing your message, name, email address, company, IP address, or verification token in application logs.
Confidential information
Do not submit regulated, proprietary, personal-health, financial, security, credential, or production-system information through the contact form. A confidential working channel can be established after fit is confirmed.
